§ 6.20.030. License—Issuance conditions.

Prior to issuance of a license pursuant to this chapter, the applicant shall be referred to the Salt Lake County Health Department, which shall inspect all routes, premises and vehicles to be licensed to assure sanitary compliance with the laws of the state, the ordinances of the county, and the rules and regulations of the health department.
