§ 3.52.050. General plan amendment application fees.

The applicant shall pay the fees for an application to amend the general plan within ten days after a decision has been made to consider such amendment. Whenever the planning commission or county council requires that a general plan amendment hearing be advertised to a greater extent than required by law because the amendment will likely generate broad public interest or concern, the applicant shall pay the additional advertising costs. General plan amendment fees are as follows:

Amendment to land use designation (includes zoning map amendment)	$1,500.00 plus $150.00/acre
Amendment to text	$300.00
