§ 2.07.020. Employee training.

  • All county elected officials, appointed officers, deputies and employees shall attend ethics training, conducted by Salt Lake County, every two years regarding their ethical duties and responsibilities as established by state statute and by the Salt Lake County Ethics Code. This training shall be conducted under the direction of the personnel division and the district attorney with a specific curriculum approved by the mayor and the county council. Attendance at ethics training is mandatory.
